If you are cleaning out your medicine cabinet, check for unused or expired medications and bring them in to your Peoples Drug Mart or Peoples Pharmacy for environmentally responsible disposal. To help you return your expired and unused medications the following is an example of accepted and not accepted products that can be disposed of at Peoples Pharmacy.

Vitamin and mineral supplements
Throat lozenges
Acne therapies		 Not accepted
Antidandruff products and shampoos
Contact lens disinfectants
Cosmetics, antiperspirants, antiseptic or medicated skin care products
Sunburn protectants
Mouthwashes and toothpastes
