. .. Perhaps the easiest way to keep track of your health is to carry a current list of you medications in your wallet or purse. The best information to write down is the name of the drug, strength and how often you take it. You might also consider including the name of your Doctor(s), Pharmacist, allergies and important medical information on this list. Make sure you update this list if there are any changes from your Doctor or Pharmacist. You never know when
