You will be provided a People First Rewards Card when you apply and once you are entered into the People First Rewards program, all you need is your phone number to collect points.
Place your card in a safe spot at home and next time you’re in, simply tell the cashier your phone number to activate your People First Rewards account.		 Your People First rewards balance can be found easily on your current receipt. Everytime you make a purchase, your
current balance3, as well as the number of points you have earned for that transaction will appear on your receipt2.

Where is the People First Rewards card accepted?
Your People First Rewards card is accepted at the participating Peoples Drug Mart or Peoples Pharmacy in which you are enrolled. People First Rewards points are not transferable between participating stores and you accumulate points per specific store location.

Is my personal information kept private?
YES. Peoples Drug Mart and Peoples Pharmacy undertakes to maintain in the strictest confidence all information gathered as a result of your purchases. Peoples Drug Mart and Peoples Pharmacy will not rent, sell or provide the personal information of People First Rewards members to any outside organization or individual.

1People First Rewards points are awarded based on net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax purchases. People First Rewards points are not awarded and may not be redeemed on cigarettes and tobacco (where sold), gifts with purchase, gift certificates or cards, lottery tickets, products purchased in the post office, delivery charges (where applicable), bottle deposits/returns (where accepted), bill payments (where accepted), charitable donations or certain prescription medications (please check with your local Peoples Drug Mart or Peoples Pharmacy for a complete list of non-eligible medications, services and products). The collection of points for prescription purchases may vary from province to province and is governed by provincial governments, provincial regulatory authorities and third party insurance plans. Rewards vary from $5.00 to $60.00 depending on the points redeemed and applies to the full purchase (excluding taxes). Once the top level of 30,000 points is reached, the points will be automatically to the $60.00 Reward value. Rewards values are valid for one year from date of issue. People First Rewards points cannot be redeemed on prescription drugs and/or products that contain codeine. 2Points earned on prescription drug purchases will be added to your points balance and will be recorded on your next cashier receipt 24 to 48 hours after your prescription has been filled. In accordance with federal and provincial taxation laws, People First Rewards members must pay all applicable taxes on the full purchase price prior to the application of the discount reward. 3Some Peoples Drug Marts and Peoples Pharmacy may use a manual system that requires the customer to present a card for stamp-validation.
